Luz Project 2nd Annual Golf Tournament

All proceeds from our 2nd annual golf tournament will go to Luz Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission organization that has ministered to the poor and needy in Alagoas, Brazil for 29 years. In June of 2026, Luz Project will build its 39th church as it partners with local churches and pastors. In addition to construction, Luz Project provides sports camps, women’s, and children’s ministries during annual mission trips. Ongoing community support occurs throughout the entire year as local volunteers assist with Food for Favelas, after-school tutoring, and support of a Christian education and community center.

Holly Ridge Golf Links in Archdale is an amazing golf course. Located in central North Carolina, Holly Ridge Golf Links continues to lead the way in redefining the public golf facility…the course is an 18 hole championship golf course with strong 'links, style vibes. Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive: 3 Mulligans and 1 Tee Buster for each golfer, 4 closest to the pins for each golfer, and 4 raffle tickets for each team. 

Sponsor levels that include multiple teams can split the teams into each tee time or use them all in the same tee time.

Platinum Sponsor: (1) Tournament is named after the title sponsor. Logo is featured on all tournament advertising. Promotion on website and social media. The platinum sponsor is a huge help not only in supporting and underwriting the golf tournament and all those costs, but also leads the way for the largest annual fundraiser for Luz Project.

Online Auction Sponsors: Bigger ticket items that get donated, the auction begins Sunday May 24 through Monday, June 1 at midnight. All action winners will be announced on website Tuesday, June 2 at noon. If we have less than 5 large items for auction they will be added to the raffle instead of going to an auction.

Examples of possible auction items: round of golf at private courses, golf simulator, launch monitor, vacation stay, romanic weekend getaway, clay shoot/lunch for 4, luxury tickets to Hornets, Panthers, golf event tickets, sporting event tickets, concert tickets, overnight fishing trip, Invisalign, artwork, memorabilia, mega gift cards!
