The 2025 Luz Project Annual Golf Tournament
All proceeds from our 2025 golf tournament will go to Luz Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission organization that has ministered to the poor and needy in Alagoas, Brazil for 28 years.
In June of 2025, Luz Project will build its 38th church as it partners with local churches and pastors. In addition to construction, Luz Project provides sports camps, women’s, and children’s ministries during annual mission trips. Ongoing community support occurs throughout the entire year as local volunteers assist with Food for Favelas, after-school tutoring, and support of a Christian education and community center.

2025 Sponsorship opportunities
The Olde Beau Golf course is as challenging as it is beautiful. Olde Beau was named for the original developer Billy Satterfield’s faithful bulldog. All Sponsors will receive a 501(C)(3) donation record from the Luz Project.
Title, Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors receive: Mulligans and Tee Buster for each golfer, 4 closest to the pins for each golfer, most accurate drive for each golfer, 'Ace's Shoot Out' for each golfer, and 4 raffle tickets for each team.
Sponsor levels that include multiple teams can split the teams into each tee time or use them all in the same tee time.

(2) Platinum Sponsors: $3,000 will be used to offset food costs for lunch cookout or snack cart. Logo on food wraps & snack area signage snack carts as well as on website. (1 = Cookout, 1 = drink & snack carts).
Each Platinum sponsorship includes 2 tournament teams.
(5) Gold Sponsors: Par 3's: #3, #8, #11, #14 and most accurate drive: #18
$2,000 for each in tournament game. Will place your ad on par 3 green and tee box for all 4 Ace's Shoot Out. Plus ad space on Website and promo's.
Each Gold sponsorship includes 1 tournament team.

(17) Silver Sponsors: $1,200 sponsors a hole for both waves has sponsor signage on the tee box as well as ad space on website and promos.

1/18 Green Stripes Lawn Care. Green Stripes is an amazing family business operating out of Pleasant Garden but serving the greater Greensboro area. They specialize in all aspects of lawn maintenance. They also can help with drainage and design to put the finishing touch on your outdoor area. They are friends of Luz Project and let them know that we recommended them to you.
Raffle Sponsors: Prize, raffle and auction sponsors:
All prize sponsors will be added to the golf tournament website with prize donated or raffle prize donated or online auction item donated.
Examples of possible raffle prizes: rounds of golf at public courses, grill, smoker, Blackstone griddle, smoker, TV, watch, Oakley sunglasses, Beats, tools, range finder, putter, wedge, golf bag, driver, putting mat, golf aids, portable speaker, YETI cooler, Air Pods, Nespresso, pickleball set, massager, air purifier, gift cards, restaurant cards & more!
Online Auction Sponsors: Bigger ticket items that get donated, the auction begins Sunday May, 11 through Monday, May 19 at midnight. All action winners will be announced on website Tuesday, May 20 at noon. If we have less than 5 large items for auction they will be added to the raffle instead of going to an auction.
Examples of possible auction items: round of golf at private courses, golf simulator, launch monitor, vacation stay, romanic weekend getaway, clay shoot/lunch for 4, luxury tickets to Hornets, Panthers, golf event tickets, sporting event tickets, concert tickets, overnight fishing trip, Invisalign, artwork, memorabilia, mega gift cards!
We are very open to other creative and unique ideas.
